Method:

  1. Mix sugar, eggs, and water/milk until smooth.
  2. Sift in the cake flour and baking powder. Stir in a clockwise motion until the mixture is smooth but not too thick.
  3. Let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the cake maker for 3-5 minutes. Brush the plate with oil.
  5. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 4-5 minutes (adjust baking time based on your machine’s temperature).
