1. Shipping Origins and Destinations

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Jiangsu, China. We currently offer shipping to the following countries and regions:

    • North America: United States (excluding all outlying islands and territories).

    • Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia.

    • East Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to provide transparent and affordable shipping options:

    • Orders Over $89: Free Shipping.

    • Orders Under $89: A flat shipping fee of $15 USD applies.

Shipping Stage Estimated Time Details
Order Processing 1 – 3 Business Days Orders placed before 6:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same day.
Transit Time 10 – 20 Business Days Actual delivery time depends on destination and local customs.

    • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time – PST).

    • Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays (in China) will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. As soon as your package is dispatched, a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent.

    • How to Track: You can track your order status by logging into your account on our website or by entering your order number on our Order Tracking Page.

4. Address Accuracy & P.O. Boxes

    • Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once the package has been shipped.

    • Responsibility: Joyappliance is not responsible for financial losses caused by incorrect address entry or fraudulent transactions.

    • No P.O. Boxes: Our carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address.

5. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

The prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or other governmental fees.

    • Customer Responsibility: All such taxes and customs duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for specific rates and regulations.

6. Order Cancellations & Refusals

    • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before they have been processed for shipping.

    • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or refused. If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all original shipping costs and return fees incurred by Joyappliance, which will be deducted from the final refund.

    • Returns: To receive a refund after the item has shipped, customers must accept the delivery and follow our standard Return & Refund Policy.
