Return and Refund

At Joyappliance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Note: Return requests must be initiated via email to joyfupo@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Return Process & Shipping Fees

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on where and how to send your package by email.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), Joyappliance will provide a pre-paid shipping label, and no fees will be charged to you.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): For non-defective returns (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model), a flat return shipping of USD $30 will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Shipping Labels: We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label once approved. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

3. Damaged, Defective, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at joyfupo@gmail.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect quantity.
  • The order is lost in transit (we will issue a replacement or refund after carrier verification).

4. Gifts With Purchase

If your order included a “Gift with Purchase,” all items (including the gift) must be returned to receive a full refund. If the gifted item is kept, its retail value will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Exchanges

For the fastest exchange experience, once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for original quality within 1-3 business days. Upon approval, we will immediately dispatch your new replacement. To show our appreciation for your patience, shipping for the replacement item is completely free of charge.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Proof of Shipment: Please retain your tracking number. If we cannot confirm receipt of the item and you have no proof of shipment, a refund cannot be issued.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-3 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Exceptions & Non-returnable Items

Items showing signs of excessive wear, alteration, or intentional damage.

Final sale items (if applicable and clearly marked on the product page).

Disputes: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback without prior communication may delay the resolution process.
