1. Return and Exchange Period:
- 7-Day No-Reason Return: Within 7 days from the date you sign for the product, under the condition that the product is in good condition and does not affect resale, you can apply for a no-reason return.
- Return or Exchange for Quality Issues: Within 15 days from the date you sign for the product, if the product has non-artificial quality problems, you can apply for a return or exchange.
2. Product Condition Requirements:
Products applying for return or exchange should meet the following conditions:
- Intact: The main body of the product, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, invoices (if any), and gifts (if any) are complete.
- Original Packaging: The outer packaging of the product is complete, without damage or deformation that affects resale.
- No Artificial Damage: The product has no damage caused by human use, disassembly, modification, dropping, moisture, etc.
- Does Not Affect Resale: The product maintains its original quality, function, and has no stains, scratches, or other signs of use.
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products exceeding the return and exchange period.
- Damage to the product caused by your personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong color/model selection, etc.).
- Products that have been used and affect resale (except for quality issues).
- Customized products, unless there is a quality issue.
- Gifts are not covered by the return and exchange policy.
3. Return and Exchange Process:
- Application: Within the eligible return and exchange period, please contact our customer service team via joyfupo@gmail.com, providing your order number, product name, reason for return/exchange, and relevant evidence (such as photos, videos, etc.).
- Review: Our customer service team will review your application within 10 business days.
- Return Shipping: Once your application is approved, please return the product according to the address and method provided by customer service. Please ensure proper packaging and indicate your order number and reason for return/exchange in the package.
- Inspection: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
- Processing:
- Return: If the inspection is qualified, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
- Exchange: If the inspection is qualified and the product is in stock, we will send you the new product within 5 business days.
4. Shipping Costs:
- For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs. Please pay the shipping fee in advance, and we will reimburse you after receiving and verifying the product.
- For returns within the 7-day no-reason return period, the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
- For exchanges due to your personal reasons, all round-trip shipping costs will be borne by you.

- If the product you purchased includes after-sales service, please follow the product’s after-sales service policy.
