At Joyappliance, we stand behind our products. Our goal is to ensure you have the best experience in your kitchen. We provide the following warranty policy to protect your purchase.

1. Warranty Periods

30-Day Money Back & Replacement: For any quality-related issues occurring within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or a brand-new replacement.Here is the Return & Refund Policy.

6-Month Limited Warranty: For quality issues occurring after 30 days but within 6 months of the delivery date, we provide free professional repair services or free parts replacement.

2. How to File a Claim

To exercise your rights under this warranty, please complete our Warranty Claim Form below or contact our support team by email joyfupo@gmail.com. You will need to provide:

  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all claims.
  • Assessment Materials: To evaluate your claim, we may require photos, videos and answers to specific questions regarding the product’s use.

3. Solutions and Remedies

If your claim is approved, Joyappliance will, at its discretion, provide a repair, replacement or refund.

  • Shipping Fees: For any returns required for inspection or repair, the customer is responsible for a flat return shipping fee of $15.00 USD (includes accessories).
  • Product Availability: We aim to replace items with the exact model/color. If discontinued, we reserve the right to provide a similar model of equivalent value.
  • Refurbished Parts: We may use refurbished or remanufactured parts that perform like new.
  • Warranty Continuity: A replacement product does not restart the 6-month warranty period; the original warranty remains in effect from the original purchase date.

4. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Failure to follow the user manual (usage, warnings, maintenance).
  • Commercial Use: Products are intended for normal household use only.
  • Misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic issues (stains, scratches, discoloration).
  • Ceramic Non-stick Coatings: Scratches caused by metal utensils or abrasive cleaners.
  • Electrical Issues: Use of incorrect current, voltage, or unsuitable extension cords.
  • Glass components and other accessories included in the box.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies. Joyappliance’s liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product. Joyappliance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages, including personal injury or loss of profits.
