Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to and what is the cost?
We ship from Jiangsu, China to the USA (excluding islands), Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Shipping is FREE on orders over $89 USD. For orders under $89 USD, a flat shipping fee of $15 USD applies.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Cut-off: 6:00 PM PST). Transit time is 10-20 business days. Total estimated delivery is 11-23 business days.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only possible before the order is processed. Once shipped, the address cannot be altered.

How do I choose the correct voltage and plug?
Voltage and plug specifications are listed in the Product SKU/Options. Please select carefully before adding to your cart, as customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their local power standards.
How do I find my order number?
You should have an order confirmation email with your order number in your inbox. It will start with #JA followed by a series of numbers. If you’re having trouble finding it, search for joyfupo@gmail.com.
Are customs duties included?
No. All import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer as per destination country regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For non-defective returns, a $30 USD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at joyfupo@gmail.com immediately. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
